A new adventure

I became a contributor to the Old Bakery at 10th and Congress in Austin.  I took my first items for display today and low and behold I acturally sold the little Pug head Christmas Orniment before I left.  I truly hope the others sell before Christmas.  Listed below are the things I dropped off today.

Kay Petal online workshop

I joined Kay Petal's www.feltalive.com online workshop last week.  She is a phenominal teacher and I've started with a funny little creature.  My next adventure is a Santa.

July has been hot and busy in Texas

I've got several projects going right now, I'm going to participate in a Christmas show and sell in November so I'm busy getting stuff together.

Below are photos of a display piece for my jewelry. She will ware some of my pieces and has a mirror on the back of her head so you can look at how lovely they are on you.   Photos show armature, first layer of clay and finished head.

Here is a necklace I'm working on.
